The agreement between you and AVR Services Corp when you book a cleaning.

Who this agreement is with

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and AVR Services Corp, a Florida Profit Corporation (Florida Document No. P23000044635, filed 9 June 2023), with its principal address at 1515 NW 13th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311. Throughout this document, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean AVR Services Corp.

These Terms apply when you request a quote, book a service, or use this website. If you do not agree with them, please do not book.

Cleanings are performed by AVR Services Corp personnel. We are not a marketplace, a booking platform, or a staffing agency, and we do not broker your job to a third-party contractor.

What we provide

We provide interior building cleaning in Fort Lauderdale & Broward County, Florida, across six service lines: residential cleaning, office and commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, move in / move out cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and post-construction cleaning. Each service page lists what that service includes and what it does not.

We use commercially available cleaning products according to the manufacturer's label directions, including any dwell time or re-entry interval printed on the label. We make no claim about pathogen kill rates and we do not perform disinfection as a regulated service.

Services we do not provide

For licensing and safety reasons, we do not provide any of the following, and we will decline work that requires them:

Mold assessment or mold remediation. Florida licenses these activities under Fla. Stat. Ch. 468, Part XVI, and we do not hold that license.
Biohazard, trauma, crime-scene, bodily-fluid, sharps, or medical-waste cleanup.
Pest control or pest-infestation cleanup.
Bulk debris removal or construction haul-away. Our post-construction service clears fine dust and residue after the general contractor has removed bulk material.
Any work requiring a contractor's licence — electrical, plumbing, roofing, or structural.
Exterior pressure washing of building exteriors, parking lots, or parking structures.

If your space needs one of these, tell us and we will say so plainly rather than attempt the work.

Quotes and scope

Quotes are based on the information you give us: property type, size, condition, and any specific requests. We respond to quote requests within 1 business day.

The quote is the price for the scope quoted. If the space differs materially from what you described — significantly larger, or in materially worse condition — we will tell you and re-quote before starting the work. We do not adjust the price after a visit is complete.

The estimate calculator on our homepage produces a range for residential jobs, not a binding quote. It says so where it appears.

Scheduling and access

We confirm a 2-hour arrival window the day before each visit. Recurring visits keep a consistent slot wherever we can.

You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access at the scheduled time — someone at the property, a door code, a lockbox, or a key. We agree the access method with you in writing before the first visit.

If we arrive and cannot get in, we will attempt to reach you. If we cannot start within the arrival window, the visit is treated as a late cancellation and the fee in the Cancellation Policy applies.

Your responsibilities

Secure or put away valuables, cash, fragile items, and important documents before the visit.
Tell us in advance about pets, alarm systems, hazards, recent pest treatment, or areas we should not enter.
Ensure utilities — water, power, and lighting — are available at the property.
Tell us before the visit if anyone in the household has a specific chemical sensitivity, so we can match products to it or use products you supply.

We are not responsible for damage to items in areas you asked us not to enter, or to items you did not disclose as needing special care.

Re-clean commitment

If something in the agreed scope was missed, tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we will return and re-clean the affected areas at no charge. This is a defined remedy with a defined window, not an open-ended guarantee.

Damage claims

If you believe we damaged something during a visit, notify us within 48 hours at hi@avrservicescorp.com. Include the date of the visit, what was damaged, and photographs where possible.

We will acknowledge the claim within 1 business day and tell you what we can do about it. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or failure of an item that was already loose, cracked, or unstable.

Payment

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). Payment timing, accepted methods, invoicing, late fees, and Florida sales tax are covered in the Payments, Invoicing & Billing policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any single visit is limited to the amount you paid for that visit. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel a scheduled visit or a recurring plan as described in the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

We may decline or discontinue service — with notice, and without a cancellation fee to you — where a property is unsafe to work in, where access is repeatedly unavailable, where an invoice remains unpaid, or where our personnel are subjected to abusive or unlawful conduct.

Website content

The text, graphics, photography, and design of this website belong to AVR Services Corp and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and both parties consent to that venue.

Before disputing a charge with your bank, please contact us. Most billing questions are a misunderstanding we can resolve the same day, and a chargeback costs us both time. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.

Severability and changes

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. For material changes affecting an active recurring plan, we will give notice by email before the change takes effect for you.
