The standard we build to, what we have tested, and what to do if something blocks you.

The standard we target
We build this site to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is checked as part of every release rather than audited once and forgotten.
What is in place
- Every page works with the keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link.
- Text meets AA contrast against its background in both the light interface and over photography.
- All content is present without JavaScript. Nothing is hidden behind a script that must run first.
- Motion is driven by CSS and respects the reduced-motion setting in your operating system. No content depends on an animation completing.
- Form fields have real labels, and errors are announced to screen readers rather than only shown in colour.
- The site is fully available in English and Spanish, with the language declared so screen readers pronounce each correctly.
- Automated accessibility checks run against all pages and currently pass at 100.
Known gaps
Stating these is more useful than claiming there are none:
- Automated testing cannot confirm that every alternative text description is genuinely useful, only that one exists. We review these by hand but they are a judgement call.
- The site has not been through a full manual audit with assistive-technology users. We would rather say so than imply a level of verification we have not done.
- Decorative photography is marked as decorative and is not described. If any of it carries information you need, tell us and we will fix it.

We treat an accessibility report as a defect report, not a complaint.
