There is exactly one. We list it in full rather than describing it as “savings” somewhere in marketing copy and leaving the terms unwritten.

Recurring-frequency discount

Residential cleaning booked on a recurring schedule is priced below the one-time rate for the same job. The reduction depends on how often we visit:

Weekly

20% below the one-time price for the same scope.

Every two weeks

12% below the one-time price for the same scope.

Monthly

6% below the one-time price for the same scope.

One-time visit

No reduction. This is the reference price.

Conditions:

• Applies to residential standard, deep, and move in / move out cleaning. Commercial work is quoted separately.
• Applied automatically when the plan is set up. There is no code to enter and nothing to claim.
• No end date. This is standing pricing, not a limited-time offer, and we will publish notice here before changing it.
• The reduced price applies for as long as the plan runs at that frequency. Changing frequency changes the price from the next visit onwards.
• If you cancel the plan and later book a one-time visit, the one-time price applies. We do not bill retrospectively for reductions already given.
• Cannot be combined with another offer, because there is no other offer.

This discount does not convert into a paid plan, does not auto-upgrade, and does not carry an introductory price that later increases. The price you are quoted at that frequency is the price that recurs.

What we do not offer

We do not run free trials, first-visit-free offers, introductory pricing, referral credits, gift cards, prepaid packages, or loyalty points. If any of those ever appear, their full terms will be published on this page before the offer runs.
