How we price a clean.
Every job is quoted individually, because a three-bedroom house that has been maintained weekly and one that has not are not the same job. What follows is how the number is arrived at, and what a typical one looks like.
All prices on this page and everywhere on this site are in United States Dollars (USD). We do not bill in any other currency.
How a quote is produced
You tell us the property type, its size, its current condition, and how often you want us. We come back with a fixed price for that scope within one business day. That price is the price — if the space turns out to differ materially from what you described, we tell you and re-quote before starting, never after finishing.
What moves the number
- Size — bedrooms and bathrooms for homes, square footage for commercial space.
- Service type. A deep clean is roughly 1.65× a standard clean of the same space; a move in / move out is roughly 1.85×.
- Frequency. Recurring visits cost less per visit than a one-time booking — see below.
- Current condition. A first visit to a space that has not been cleaned in a while takes longer than the visits after it.
- Access. A ground-floor unit with parking is quicker to work than a fourth-floor walk-up.
- Add-ons you ask for — inside the oven, inside the fridge, interior windows, laundry.
Representative ranges
These come from the same rate model the estimate calculator on our homepage uses — not a separate marketing table. Every figure is a one-time visit for a home in average condition, in USD.

These are ranges, not quotes. They exist so you can tell whether we are in your budget before spending time on a request. Nothing on this page is a binding offer.
Recurring visits cost less
Weekly service is 20% below the one-time price for the same scope, every two weeks is 12% below, and monthly is 6% below. This is standing pricing rather than a limited-time promotion, it is applied automatically with no code to enter, and its full terms are on our Promotion Terms page.
Commercial pricing
Offices, retail, and medical suites are quoted per site rather than from a table, because square footage, floor type, restroom count, and cleaning frequency vary too much for a range to be useful. Send us the square footage and the schedule you want and we will come back within one business day. Commercial work is invoiced on Net 15 terms.
Florida sales tax
Residential cleaning is not subject to Florida sales tax. The price we quote a homeowner is the price paid.
Commercial and other nonresidential interior cleaning is taxable under Fla. Stat. §212.05(1)(i), at the Florida state rate of 6% plus the Broward County discretionary surtax. It appears as a separate line on your invoice.
We publish the state rate but not a combined rate. The county surtax changes and a stale figure on a website is worse than none — the number on your invoice is the one that applies.
Nonprofit and government customers holding a valid Form DR-14 exemption certificate should send it to hi@avrservicescorp.com before the first invoice.
What every price includes
- All labour, and all cleaning products and equipment.
- Travel anywhere within our service area.
- The 24-hour re-clean window: flag a miss within 24 hours and we return at no charge.
- A 2-hour arrival window confirmed the day before.
What is quoted separately
- Add-ons not in the original scope — we price them before starting.
- Carpet and upholstery steam extraction, which is its own service.
- A deep clean preceding a recurring plan, where the space needs one.
- Florida sales tax on commercial work.
