How long until I can walk on the carpet?
Light foot traffic is usually fine within a few hours. We'd suggest holding off on placing heavy furniture back for about 24 hours.
Do you treat pet stains and odor?
We pre-treat and extract pet stains at the carpet fibre. Where urine has soaked into the padding or subfloor, extraction alone will not remove the odour — that needs the padding replaced, which we do not do. We will tell you which situation you have before we start.
What products do you use on carpet?
Low-residue, fabric-safe extraction solutions, applied according to the manufacturer's label including any re-entry interval printed on it. If someone in the home has a specific sensitivity, tell us before the visit and we will match the product to it or use one you supply.
