Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most clients provide entry instructions — a code, a lockbox, or a key — and we agree the access method with you in writing before the first visit. If we arrive and cannot get in, the lockout terms on our Cancellation page apply.
What should I do before the crew arrives?
Clear personal items and clutter from floors and countertops, and put away anything valuable or fragile. Tell us in advance about pets, alarms, or rooms we should not enter.
Can I ask for specific extras?
Yes. Add notes when you request your quote — inside the oven, inside the fridge, or anything else — and we will price it in before we start rather than after.
