This service is priced for an empty or near-empty space. If you’re still living there, our Residential or Deep Cleaning service is the better fit.
Will this satisfy my lease’s "professionally cleaned" requirement?
We provide an itemised receipt showing the scope performed, which is what most leases ask for. Whether a specific landlord accepts it is their decision, not ours — we would rather say that plainly than promise an outcome we do not control.
