What we collect, who processes it, and how to get it deleted.

Scope
This policy explains how AVR Services Corp, a Florida Profit Corporation with its principal address at 1515 NW 13th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311, handles personal information collected through this website and in the course of providing cleaning services.
What we collect
Information you give us directly:
- Name, email address, and telephone number.
- Service address, property type, and details you provide about the job.
- Scheduling preferences and access instructions, including door codes or lockbox details where you choose to give them.
- Anything else you include in a message, quote request, or chat transcript you send us.
Information collected automatically when you visit this website:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it.
- Browser and device type.
- Pages viewed and how you moved through the site.
We never see or store your card number. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never touch our servers or this website. See “Payment information” below.
Why we collect it
- To answer quote requests and schedule service — without this we cannot do the job.
- To contact you about appointments, changes, access, and completed work.
- To issue invoices and process payment.
- To keep business and tax records Florida law requires us to keep.
- To operate and improve this website.
- To send occasional service updates or offers, only where you have not opted out.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Who processes your information
We use the following third parties. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
- Cloudflare, Inc.
- Website hosting, content delivery, and DNS. Processes IP addresses and request metadata for every visit to this site.
- Stripe, Inc.
- Payment processing and invoicing. Receives your name, email, billing address, and card details directly — card data is entered on Stripe-hosted fields and is never transmitted to or stored by us. Stripe acts as an independent controller for fraud prevention; its privacy policy governs that use.
- Email delivery provider
- Transactional email — quote replies, appointment confirmations, invoices, and cancellation confirmations. Receives your name and email address.
We may also disclose information to legal or regulatory authorities where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our personnel, and to a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Payment information
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers, expiry dates, and security codes are entered into fields hosted by Stripe and are transmitted directly to Stripe. AVR Services Corp does not receive, process, or store card numbers, and no card data passes through this website.
Where you authorise a recurring plan, Stripe stores your payment method as a network stored credential on our behalf. You can remove it at any time by cancelling the plan — see Cancellation & Rescheduling.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests that do not become jobs
- 24 months, then deleted.
- Customer and job records
- For the life of the relationship and 7 years afterwards, to meet tax and accounting obligations.
- Access instructions (codes, lockbox details)
- Deleted within 30 days of the last visit, or immediately on request.
- Website analytics
- 26 months.
Your rights and how to use them
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.
- Ask for a copy in a portable format.
- Opt out of marketing email at any time, using the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.
Email hi@avrservicescorp.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. We respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request — usually by confirming details of a past booking.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state law. Tell us where you are and we will apply them.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS with HSTS. Access instructions are held only for as long as they are needed. We take reasonable steps to protect what we hold, but no method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Where a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will notify affected customers by email.
