Can you clean after hours or before we open?
Yes — most commercial accounts are cleaned after close or before the first employee arrives, so it never disrupts your workday.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for our building?
Property managers commonly require one before work starts. Email us the exact requirement — limits, additional insured, and who the certificate holder should be — and we will respond with what we can provide before you commit to anything.
Do we need a long-term contract?
No. Commercial service runs month-to-month by default, cancellable with 7 days notice before the next scheduled visit. An annual agreement is available if you prefer fixed pricing, and its terms are set out in writing before you sign.
Is commercial cleaning taxable in Florida?
Yes. Florida taxes nonresidential cleaning under Fla. Stat. §212.05(1)(i), at the state rate plus the Broward County discretionary surtax. It appears as a separate line on your invoice. Residential cleaning is not taxable.
