Our Services

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AVR Services Corp website and the cleaning services we provide. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

AVR Services Corp provides residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, move in/move out cleaning, carpet & upholstery cleaning, and post-construction cleaning. The scope of each visit is based on the information you provide when requesting a quote; the final price may be adjusted if the actual condition or size of the space differs from what was described.

Estimates, Booking & Payment

Quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on the details you share with us. Payment is due at the time of service unless we’ve agreed to other terms in writing. We’ll confirm accepted payment methods when your service is booked.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less notice, or a missed appointment, may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Access to Your Property

You’re responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to your property at the scheduled time — whether that’s someone home, a code, or a lockbox. If our crew can’t access the property at the scheduled time, it may be treated as a late cancellation.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If something was missed, let us know within 24 hours of your service and we’ll return to make it right at no additional cost.

Your Responsibilities

Please secure or put away valuables, fragile items, and important documents before your appointment, and let us know about any pets, hazards, or access issues in advance. AVR Services Corp isn’t responsible for items left in areas that were not disclosed as needing special care.

Liability & Insurance

AVR Services Corp is licensed and insured. If you believe something was damaged during a service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can review and address it. We aren’t responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.

Services We Don't Provide

For safety and licensing reasons, we don’t provide biohazard cleanup, mold remediation, or pest infestation cleaning. If your space needs one of these services, we’re glad to point you toward a specialist.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website — including text, graphics, and design — belongs to AVR Services Corp and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
